The Garden Room

The Garden Room was a project designed for Wild Modular as a cheap and easy to install space for residential purposes. It was designed to be an non-habital studio, requiring no council approval for implementation.
It was designed to be
flexible in its range of applications of use. Wild Modular is an Australian modular construction start up that specialises in prefabricated accomodation pods. This project was designed for the residential market as a catalogue item for the company that could be bought and installed with minimal consultations.
It was modelled in SketchUp and rendered in VRay.

Design Inpsiration

This studio has been kept minimal on the exterior to make it easier to fit in to any client’s backyard. The cladding colour and material are offered at a variety of colours to help this process as well. The interior finishes are equally as flexible in colour and material, and have feature elements such as large mirrors, roof battens, or LED lighting.
The overall layout of the room can be
adjusted in house to suit the desired purpose. Some options offered by Wild Modular are: Home Office, Gym, and Indoor Cinema.
