Nebula Pod
The Nebula Pod was an accomodation solution designed for Wild Modular. Wild Modular is an Australian modular construction start up which specialises in creating prefabricated accomodation pods. This project was designed for a client which was looking for a contemporary and modern design with high end features and finishes.
It was modelled in SketchUp and rendered in VRay.
Design Inspiration
The inspiration for the Nebula Pod incorporated dark stained timbers and deep shades to produce a luxurious and sleek interior. This building is a flagship for the company so many high end features such as LED illumination, hanging fireplace, kitchenette, and floor to ceiling windows. The geometric exterior demonstrates the skill and ability of the company to construct abstract and exploratory shapes. It gives off a futuristic aesthetic qualities, with all the straight lines complemented by aluminium battens on the side of the building, and interior LED lighting lining the celining.
The materials used in this design are high end, featuring aluminium cladding and timber pannels. These materials are also more sustainable and assist towards the company's vision of a carbon neutral future.

These renders were produced to demonstrate differenet visualisations of the pod in different scenes for the client and all future clients.
The scenery and model were modelled in SketchUp, using a varity of assests in the VRay collection.
